Couples Therapy
Living as a couple has its ups and downs. We naturally use our own filters, expectations and experiences when interacting with and evaluating another’s behavior and communication. A neutral third ear is often required to help partners hear and see one another as they are- sans filters.
- Aid and ease communication
- Prepare for and deal with life changes
- Facilitate successful communication patterns
Some couples come to therapy at early signs of trouble, while others as a last-ditch effort before beginning divorce proceedings. The most important part of the process is that both parties are willing to work together to find resolve.
