Transitions of Life
There are many transitions we can experience in life. Sometimes they go off without a care or concern; other times we find ourselves stuck, confused, unable or unwilling to move on.
Oftentimes it is easier to talk openly and honestly with someone independent and impartial to find understanding and direction moving forward.

- empty-nest situations
It has been my experience that people in crisis often need immediate support to process associated feelings about transition, loss and grief. When the support is provided soon after the event, people tend to fare better.
